Job summary

ESS Clinical is hiring a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for school-based positions in Washington, DC proper. The role offers 25 hours per week with a pay rate starting at $70.00 per hour, immediate start, and W2 benefits eligibility based on hours.

You will conduct evaluations, develop therapy plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across PreK–12 opportunities while supporting MTSS/RTI initiatives and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid SLP license (state-specific).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting student speech, language, and communication development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy (individual and group).
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support MTSS / RTI initiatives as appropriate.
