Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a part-time contract near Talladega, Alabama. You will provide direct therapy to school-aged students, conduct evaluations, and contribute to IEP development while collaborating with teachers and other specialists.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification is required or eligible.
• Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP in Alabama.
• Experience with school-aged children in educational settings preferred.
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine communication strengths and areas for growth.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and session records per school policies.
• Provide consultation and training to school staff on communication strategies.
