Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a part-time, on-site Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based position in Englewood, CO. This role serves K-12 students with a focus on developmental therapy within a collaborative educational setting.

The position offers guaranteed hours, on-site duties, and dual support from the District and TheraPeds; W-2 employment or 1099 contracting options may apply. The PT will conduct direct therapy, assessments, and collaborate with school staff and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
• State License as Physical Therapist.
• National License: APTA (Preferred).
• Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required.
• Experience working with children in school settings.
• Strong planning and implementing treatment and exercises.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in use of technology.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with tact and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to students and conduct assessments.
• Develop IEP plans and evaluate progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapists, educators, and parents.
