Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a part-time, on-site Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based position in Manville, NJ. This role serves K-12 students and offers guaranteed hours with joint support from the District and TheraPeds.

You will provide direct therapy, conduct assessments, develop IEP-related plans, evaluate progress, and collaborate with therapists, educators, and parents to support students with special needs in the school setting.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
• State License to practice Physical Therapy.
• National License: APTA preferred.
• Licensing with the State Department of Education where required.
• Experience working with children in school settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct therapy to students.
• Consultations with educators and families.
• Evaluations and progress monitoring.
• Case management tasks as needed.
• Supervision of a PTA.
