Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide school-based services at two sites (Windsor and Bloomfield, CT) for 25 hours per week during the 2026-2027 academic year, with possible ESY extension. Qualifications

• CT PT license required.
• School setting/pediatric experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and strong behavioral programs.
• Collaborative, solution-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
• Flexible and organized, able to manage a caseload across two sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT services for students with diverse needs, individually or in groups.
• Collaborate with special educators, OTs, and behavior analysts on IEPs.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary goals across functional, behavioral, and developmental domains.
• Document treatment, progress, and outcomes per district/state guidelines.
• Engage in staff and family training to ensure carryover of strategies.
