Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Local Contract Physical Therapist to support a school program in Elkins, West Virginia. The role involves managing a manageable caseload of approximately 22 students and delivering school-based PT services on a part-time basis.

Experience in pediatric PT or school-based settings is preferred. WV PT licensure is required, and new grads are welcome to apply for this local contract position for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications

• Valid West Virginia Physical Therapist license required.
• School-based or pediatric PT experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assess motor development, mobility, balance, and spatial movement for ~22 students.
• Develop and manage individualized PT goals as part of students' IEPs.
• Provide direct and consultative PT services to improve access and participation in school.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, parents, and service providers for environmental modifications.
• Maintain compliant documentation, progress notes, and service logs per district guidelines.
