Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a part-time school-based Occupational Therapist to support a caseload of about 32–33 students, delivering therapy primarily once per week with some students twice weekly, using a mix of on-site and teletherapy.

The role emphasizes flexibility, collaboration with teachers, parents, and support staff, and meaningful impact on students' development throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license and eligibility to practice in the state.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best virtual therapy practices.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services tailored to the individual goals of each student.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and parents.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings.
• Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities as needed.
• Monitor and report on students’ progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork to foster student growth.
