Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support students in a school setting near Gresham, Oregon on a contract basis. You will work closely with students, staff, and families to implement IEP-driven therapy plans and monitor progress.

The role offers a 3.5-day workweek and hourly pay between $50 and $60, with opportunities to collaborate across classrooms and contribute to students’ growth and participation in school activities.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Oregon PT license.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based PT preferred.
• Familiarity with IEP documentation is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with educators and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students according to their IEPs.
• Evaluate students’ motor skills, develop treatment plans, and set measurable goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents on strategies to maximize students’ school participation.
• Document all interventions, progress, and communications in compliance with school and state policies.
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations as needed.
