Job summary

Soliant is seeking a school-based Occupational Therapist for the upcoming academic year. You will collaborate with an encouraging educational team to help students achieve their fullest potential throughout the school year.

This contract assignment offers the chance to guide children as they develop essential skills for success in and out of the classroom. Travel and housing assistance are available for qualifying travelers, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current OT license in Washington State.
• ESA certification required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate students’ functional abilities related to school performance.
• Create and implement individualized intervention plans to support student access to learning.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to develop effective strategies and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and progress notes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a resource for occupational therapy expertise.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages student growth and independence.
