Onward Search seeks a part-time, in-person Occupational Therapist for a preschool program in Norfolk County, MA. The role supports the 2026-2027 school year, with about 19-20 hours weekly across two on-site locations.

Formación

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist licensure.
• Experience delivering occupational therapy to children.
• Ability to provide in-person services in a preschool program across two locations.
• Knowledge of IEP/504 documentation is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication with school staff and families.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct occupational therapy services aligned to student learning and functional participation needs.
• Support development of fine motor and classroom-access skills using age-appropriate strategies.
• Recommend and implement adaptations and tools to improve access and independence in school routines.
• Collaborate with educators and school teams to carry over strategies in classrooms.
• Evaluate needs, track progress toward goals, and maintain required documentation.
