Job summary

Onward Education is seeking a part-time, in-person Occupational Therapist to support a preschool program in Norfolk County, MA for the 2026-2027 school year.

The role requires 19-20 hours per week on-site, with duties including direct OT services, collaboration with school staff and families, and documentation aligned with IEP/504 plans. Start ASAP with an end date of 12/04/2026; extension possible.

Qualifications

• Pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP/504 supports is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with school staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services aligned to student learning and functional participation needs.
• Support development of fine motor and classroom-access skills with age-appropriate strategies.
• Recommend adaptations to improve student access and independence in school routines.
• Collaborate with educators and school teams to carry over strategies in classroom environments.
• Evaluate needs, track progress toward goals, and maintain required documentation.
