Job summary

North River Collaborative is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide school-based therapy in Rockland, MA. The role involves assessments, IEP collaboration, and implementing interventions to improve student participation and learning outcomes.

The position requires a degree in OT, MA license, and NBCOT certification, with 3+ years of pediatric experience preferred. The incumbent will work 3 days per week during the school year and report to the District Services Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Degree in occupational therapy from an accredited school.
• Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professionals license.
• NBCOT certification or evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Three+ years of school-based and/or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to students in the school setting, including assessments and environmental adaptations.
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to improve student participation and learning.
• Prepare reports and contribute to IEPs, collaborating with educators and families.
• Supervise and mentor OT/COTA students or staff as assigned.
