Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a part-time, school-based position in Oklahoma City, OK for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is on-site with 20 hours weekly and a compensated schedule including planning and documentation time.

You'll provide direct OT services to students, support IEP goals, collaborate with teachers and staff, and help students develop functional skills in a school setting under supervision of a licensed OT.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required from an accredited OT assistant program.
• Current NBCOT certification.
• Active or eligible for Oklahoma OT licensure.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct occupational therapy services to students individually and in small groups.
• Implementing treatment plans and IEP goals with supervising OT.
• Supporting fine-motor, visual-motor, sensory-motor, self-care, and functional school skills.
• Monitoring student progress and documenting data.
• Completing timely documentation and contributing to progress reports.
