The YMCA is seeking a Site Assistant for Bunche Elementary in Fort Wayne. This part-time role supports before/after school programs, helping create a safe, engaging environment for children at the school site.

Responsibilities include following a set curriculum, logging student information, and promoting positive interactions with families and staff. Must be 18+ with reliable transportation and a willingness to work at area elementary schools.

Formación

• Experience in supervising children and maintaining safety.
• Ability to communicate with diverse groups of people.
• Comfort with flexible part-time afternoon/evening hours.

• Provide childcare support Monday through Friday in elementary schools.
