Job summary

The Aptus Group in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a compassionate BCBA to support TK through age 22 in school settings. You will provide behavior analytic services, collaborate with educators and families, and help create inclusive learning environments.

Pay rate ranges from $57 to $70 per hour. This onsite, part-time role operates during school hours, with weekly pay and a supportive, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience in school-based settings.
• Minimum of 1 year of BCBA experience preferred; newly licensed BCBAs welcome.
• Strong communication, data analysis, collaboration, and coaching skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a caseload of up to 15 students requiring behavior intervention support.
• Provide weekly supervision, coaching, and training for 1:1 Behavior Aides (BIIs).
• Design and implement data collection systems for BIPs; review data fidelity.
