Job summary

AnthroMed Education (School Services) seeks a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a therapeutic center serving K–12, onsite in Burbank, IL. Schedule is 2.5 days/week (about 17.5 hours) 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, ASAP through May 26, 2027, with alternating weeks possible. Compensation is $56–$60/hour.

The BCBA will collaborate with teachers and therapists to develop and implement behavioral plans, monitor progress, and help create a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification/licensure required.
• Experience with school-age students preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in a therapeutic school environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support and consultation for students.
• Assess and address behavioral needs within the school setting.
• Develop and implement appropriate behavior strategies and interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other members of the school team.
• Monitor student progress and make recommendations based on observed needs.
• Support staff in implementing consistent behavioral strategies.
• Help create a positive, structured, and supportive environment for students.
