Job summary

Applied ABC of New Hampshire is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide school-based consultation and supervision in Meredith, NH. The role involves about 4 hours per week on-site, with supervision of two RBTs/Behavior Technicians and collaboration with educational teams.

The BCBA will oversee student programming, support implementation of behavior plans, and ensure services meet ethical, professional, and district expectations. Strong communication with school staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Minimum three years ABA experience, preferably in schools.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to two RBTs/Behavior Technicians.
• Observe and recommend student programming and behavioral supports.
• Collaborate with school personnel and Applied ABC staff as needed.
• Support implementation and monitoring of behavior intervention plans.
• Ensure ethical, professional, and district-aligned service delivery.
• Maintain timely documentation of supervision and consultation.
