Job summary

The Treetop is seeking a part-time School-Based ABA Behavioral Therapist to support students with autism in multiple Boston-area schools. You will implement ABA strategies, deliver individual and group therapy, and collaborate with teachers to promote positive behavior and learning outcomes.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with preferred ABA experience. Travel between Roxbury, Dorchester, Mattapan, Jamaica Plain, and Brighton is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior ABA experience preferred.
• RBT certification advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA strategies to address behavioral goals and support student progress.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using ABA practices.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure effective behavior management.
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports on student behavior and therapy outcomes.
• Communicate with parents and coordinate with the BCBA.
