Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our Before and After School Program at William B. Tecler Elementary School in Amsterdam, NY for the 2026–2027 school year.

The role follows the school calendar with morning and/or afternoon shifts (7:00–8:30 am; 2:45–6:00 pm) and offers employer-paid childcare benefits, professional growth opportunities, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Health clearance including TB screening required.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, reliability.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift and carry up to 50 pounds while engaging with children.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities per Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academics, art) and homework completion.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and be a positive role model.
• Observe state guidelines, program policies, and host school policies.
• Support program operations including attendance, registration, and staffing.
