Job summary

YMCA of Superior California is hiring part-time School Age Leaders for our School Age Program in Sacramento. You will work closely with the Site Director to supervise children, plan recreational activities, help with homework, and provide a safe, engaging environment after school.

We seek positive, energetic individuals who enjoy teamwork and are committed to supporting youth development. Qualifications include completing at least 48 college units in related fields and passing fingerprint

Qualifications

• Minimum of 48 college units in ECE, Recreation, Developmental Psychology or other related fields.
• Must pass Dept. of Justice and FBI fingerprint clearance.
• TB questionnaire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children closely with the Site Director.
• Plan and implement recreational activities, homework help, snacks, and enrichment opportunities that support children's social and emotional learning.
