Stars Behavioral Health Group is seeking a Part-Time Saturday NOC LVN/LPT in Fresno, CA. The role involves monitoring and documenting youth patients' health, administering medications, and coordinating admissions during the overnight shift (6pm–6:30am every Saturday).

Candidates must hold a California LVN or LPT license with at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in inpatient mental health. CPR and Pro-Act certifications are required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• California LVN or LPT license required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; graduation from an accredited LVN/ Psychiatric Technician program is preferred.
• One year nursing experience is required, preferably in mental health/inpatient settings.
• CPR and Pro-Act certifications must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document clients' physical and mental health status.
• Administer and document medications as prescribed.
• Coordinate admissions, verify and complete required forms, and assist with bed utilization.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, shift exchanges, and daily rounds.
• Communicate concerns to the RN and attending physician; support nursing activities.

This role participates in treatment team meetings, shift exchanges, and daily rounds while helping coordinate and oversee nursing activities to ensure quality client care.
