Responsibilities

• Operate in accordance with safe operating procedures.
• Sanitize assigned equipment and area in the Processing Department per SOP.
• Daily clean conveyors and equipment in your area.
• Safely retrieve chemicals from allocation area.
• Safely allocate daily cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain Master Sanitation logs and paperwork for your area.
• Adhere to GMPs and regulatory requirements.
• Track and record daily chemical inventory.
