Responsibilities

• Operate in a manner consistent with safe operating procedures.
• Responsible for the safe and adequate sanitation of assigned equipment and area in the Processing Department in accordance with Company SOPs.
• Responsible for the daily cleaning of conveyors and equipment in your assigned daily area.
• Responsible for the safe retrieval of chemicals from allocation area.
• Responsible for safe allocation of daily cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain Master Sanitation logs and paperwork for respective area.
• Adhere to all Company and regulatory GMPs.
• Track and record daily chemical inventory.
