Job summary

Leprino Foods is seeking a Sanitation Associate for the 1st Shift Part-Time position. You will ensure sanitary conditions in the Processing Department, perform daily cleaning, and manage chemical handling and inventory in a fast-paced food processing environment.

The role requires adherence to GMPs, SOPs, and safe operating procedures, with wage details including a $25.67 base rate plus a $0.75 differential for night hours. Training (JTPR) will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a manner consistent with safe operating procedures.
• Sanitize assigned equipment and areas in the Processing Department.
• Daily cleaning of conveyors and equipment in your daily area.
• Retrieve chemicals from allocation area safely.
• Allocate daily cleaning chemicals safely.
• Maintain Master Sanitation logs and paperwork.
• Adhere to Company SOPs and GMPs.
• Track and record daily chemical inventory.
• Communicate with co-workers, departments and supervision.
• Complete JTPR and perform work according to SOP.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

General Summary:

Operator is responsible for the sanitary condition of the entire Processing Department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. At all times, operate in a manner consistent with safe operating procedures.
2. Responsible for the safe and adequate sanitation of assigned equipment and area in the Processing Department in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
3. Responsible for the daily cleaning of conveyors and equipment in your assigned daily area.
4. Responsible for the safe retrieval of chemicals from allocation area.
5. Responsible for safe allocation of daily cleaning chemicals.
6. Maintain Master Sanitation logs and paperwork for respective area.
7. Adhere to all Company and regulatory GMPs.
8. Track and record daily chemical inventory.
9. Communicate between, co-workers, departments and supervision as required.
10. Must successfully complete JTPR and consistently perform work according to SOP.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
