2020 Companies is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Samsung Electronics America program at a Best Buy location in Brooklyn, NY. You will engage customers, demonstrate Samsung devices, and promote the latest tech in a busy retail environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, relationship building with store staff, and achieving sales targets. Training is provided, and scheduling includes weekends and peak shopping periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and high demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung products within a Best Buy store using conversational sales techniques.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products accordingly.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for staff and customers as a brand evangelist.
• Establish strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to support team goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly and weekly.
