Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Samsung Experience Consultant to drive sales in a Best Buy store in Madison, WI. You will demonstrate, promote, and sell Samsung devices, build relationships with customers and store staff, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will train online, wear provided apparel, and receive a company tablet or phone to assist with product demonstrations and sales. This role offers weekly pay and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and high demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung products within Best Buy using conversational selling techniques.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products to fit those needs.
• Build confidence in Samsung products among customers and staff.
• Build partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive store initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer and client service through interaction with customers and staff.
• Ensure retail brand standards are met through merchandising and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets during new product launches and daily sales reporting.
