Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or sales.
• Preferred experience in a receptionist or concierge role, or customer sales.
• Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive work ethic.
• A friendly, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and assist them with checking in and out
• Efficiently handle appointment scheduling and phone inquiries
• Uphold salon cleanliness and maintain high standards
• Educate guests on the Frenchies Benefits and Retail Products and ensure a seamless experience
• Inform guests about the Frenchies Polish Pass membership program and encourage enrollment
• Provide attentive service throughout guests' visits to enhance comfort
