Job summary

Frenchies of Santa Barbara CA is seeking a friendly receptionist/concierge to warmly greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle scheduling in a stylish, chemical-free salon environment. You’ll deliver proactive service, share information on the Frenchies Benefits and Retail Products, and promote the Frenchies Polish Pass membership to enhance the guest experience and drive repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or sales.
• Preferred experience in a receptionist or concierge role, or customer sales.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and assist them with checking in and out
