Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Sales Support associate for our New Holland, PA branch at 300 Diller Ave. This entry-level role assists customers, supports sales, and helps manage inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include placing and fulfilling orders, receiving and shipping stock, and occasional deliveries with a company vehicle. Schedule is up to 28 hours weekly, with potential flexibility after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old for the role.
• Business/Marketing degree or related industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and math aptitude.
• Sales-driven mindset with strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to lift 25–50 lbs (up to 75 lbs) and perform deliveries.
• Pass drug screen where required for the role.
