Fastenal Company is hiring a Customer Site Warehouse Support at our New Holland, PA location. This entry-level, full-time role helps move product through the customer site and supports daily warehouse operations.

You will operate computers and handheld devices, load and unload shipments, maintain a clean work area, and follow health, safety and sustainability rules. Flexible schedule may be offered after onboarding and performance goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed.
• Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs.
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY).

Responsibilities

• Operating computer programs and wireless hand held devices.
• Moving and handling product accurately.
• Auditing and preparing outgoing shipments to customer facilities.
• Maintain the cleanliness/organization of work area.
• Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations.
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives.
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings.
