The Sales Supervisor, (known in our stores as a Shift Lead), works with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, build a high-energy store environment, and uphold the standards that define a 5.11 store. You’ll lead by example, tackle challenges head-on, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. $16.90-$19.40 per hour
