Job summary

5.11, Inc. is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Shift Lead) to partner with the Store Manager to exceed customer expectations and energize the store environment.

You will lead by example, tackle challenges, and support the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced setting. The Sales Supervisor, (known in our stores as a Shift Lead), works with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, build a high-energy store environment, and uphold the standards that define a 5.11 store. You’ll lead by example, tackle challenges head-on, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Pay Range:$15.35-$17.90 per hour
