Job summary

5.11, Inc. is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Shift Lead) to partner with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead by example, support your team, and ensure high standards in merchandising, stock, and visuals. Ideal candidates bring retail or customer service experience, a proactive and enthusiastic mindset, and a passion for teamwork, problem-solving, and outdoor or tactical gear.

The Sales Supervisor, (known in our stores as a Shift Lead), works with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, build a high-energy store environment, and uphold the standards that define a 5.11 store. You’ll lead by example, tackle challenges head-on, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Pay Range:

$16.20-$18.90 per hour
