Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support in-store sales and customer service. The role involves greeting customers, executing the Five Steps to a Sale, and promoting current offers while using the POS system accurately to complete transactions.

Responsibilities include maintaining store presentation, processing new shipments, and supporting promotional resets. A friendly, proactive team member who communicates well will thrive in our fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.

• Able to provide engaging customer service and stay connected with customer needs.
• Basic math and cash handling comfort; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry and engage with them using the five steps to a sale.
• Promote current promotions and offers; operate the POS system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and reset features and promotions as directed.
• Receive and shelve new shipments and perform regular housekeeping tasks.
