Job Description

Do you have a talent for connecting with people and closing deals? Smart Service LLC is looking for persuasive and professional individuals to help us grow our client base in the hotel industry. If you’re confident, organized, and goal-driven, this flexible part-time role could lead to a long-term opportunity.

We’re hiring multiple Part-time Sales Representatives for a 2-month trial period. Top performers (up to 3) will be offered permanent positions. In this role, you will:

• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with hotel managers (e.g., Hilton, Marriott)
• Present our luxury cleaning service proposal professionally
• Negotiate contracts and report deal status within 24 hours (via text or Google Sheets)
• Submit brief weekly performance reports
• Note: All email communication with clients will be handled by the company

Trial Period (2 months):

• 7% commission on signed contracts
• Bonuses: $50 for each 3-month contract, $100 for each 1-year contract
• Paid after the first successful cleaning shift

Post-Trial (for top 3 reps):

• $16/hour (up to 20 hours/week)
• 5% commission on new contracts
• Bonuses: $50 for 3-month, $200 for 1-year contracts
• 1–2 years of B2B sales experience (hospitality or cleaning preferred)
• Strong face-to-face communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Tysons, Reston, Fairfax, or surrounding areas
• Commitment to confidentiality and weekly reporting
• 1–2 professional references
