Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to move products and assist customers with product demos.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Provide attentive service to all customers and build loyalty.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively demo and educate customers.
• Guide customers from initial interest to purchase, managing quotes and closing sales.
• Conduct customer outreach using company tools and methods.
• Identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a welcoming, visually appealing store following merchandising standards.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, promotions, and compliance with company standards.
• Support daily operations using sales data and internal reports.
