Job summary

Lovesac in Newark, DE is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide shoppers through the Lovesac selling process to close sales. You will maintain a pipeline of quotes and follow up to drive conversions.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and for occasional meetings as needed.
• Demonstrate judgment and integrity in handling financial transactions and customer data.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
