• Work with customers to explain our American-made Cutco products, including kitchen and gardening tools.
• Place customer orders and provide product information.

Compensation

Reps earn a base pay of $27.00 per appointment (not based on sales or results), with potential incentives based on performance. Long-term reps can advance to management or professional sales roles.

Training and Experience

No prior experience needed; all training provided. The skills gained are valuable across various fields.

Work Schedule and Location

Reps work from home and locally after training. Most meetings are held in the office. We help create flexible schedules to suit individual needs.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with people
• Be at least 18 years old or 17 with a high school diploma (2025 graduates)
• Willing to learn and develop new skills
