Basic responsibilities involve working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.
Reps are paid a $26.50 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.
We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained here—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.
We help reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Training and most meetings are held in-office, with work from home after training.
People with diverse backgrounds—retail, fast food, administrative, landscaping, etc.—who have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people tend to do well. We welcome applicants of all ages and experience levels.
