What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No previous experience is needed as training is provided.

Reps are paid $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or can earn through a performance-based commission structure. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a minimum income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

With over 40 years of training experience, we help our reps develop valuable sales, networking, and communication skills applicable in any field. Long-term reps can explore career advancement into management or professional sales.
