The position offers a competitive base pay ($25.00 per appointment, paid weekly) independent of sales results, with potential performance incentives. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.

Compensation and Career Growth

Reps are paid $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or can opt for a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, with a guaranteed fallback income even during off weeks. We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained here—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Flexible Scheduling and Work Environment

We help our reps create schedules that suit their needs—full-time, part-time, or around other commitments. Most meetings and training are held in our office, but after training, reps work from home and locally.
