What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products are used in the home, focusing on kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but performance incentives are possible. No previous experience is needed, as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or a commission based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training individuals to succeed. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most meetings and training are held in our office, with work from home after training.
