What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on the kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No previous experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $28.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

With over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople, even short-term involvement helps develop valuable skills in sales, networking, and communication applicable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most training occurs in the office, with subsequent work from home and local opportunities after training.
