Responsibilities

Basic responsibilities involve working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. Reps are paid a base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is needed; training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management and professional sales careers.

Work Schedule and Environment

Reps can create flexible schedules, working as much or as little as desired. After training, most work from home or locally. Training and meetings are primarily held in the office.
