What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales results, although performance-based incentives are available. No prior experience is required as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with the possibility of earning commissions based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a steady income is guaranteed even during slower weeks.

Work Schedule and Environment

We assist in creating flexible schedules to suit individual needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most training and meetings are held in our office, but sales work is conducted from home and locally after training.
