Pagematics LLC. in Plano, TX is seeking a part-time Sales and Marketing Representative to support outreach, order entry, and content creation for Smartwcm and AutoRentz.

You will make outbound and handle inbound calls, create screencasts for publication, and write web content and social media materials. Training will be provided, and occasional client visits in the DFW area may be required.

Qualifications

• Outbound and inbound customer contact skills required.
• Ability to enter orders accurately into CRM or systems.
• Experience or willingness to learn screencasting for software products.
• Content creation for websites and social media.

Responsabilités

• Making outbound phone calls to customers.
• Answering direct inbound phone calls from customers.
• Entering customer orders in to the computer system.
• Making screencast of software products for publishing on websites. We will train you with this.
• Writing web contents for publishing on websites and social media websites.
