Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate.
• Comfortable talking on the phone with business owners.
• Clear, confident verbal communication.
• Organized and reliable about logging activity in a CRM.
• Coachable: open to feedback and following a proven script and process.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send emails to closet and garage design companies from a dedicated target list.
• Introduce FT's Closet & Garage Marketing program using our case studies and client results.
• Present the standard $1,000/month agreement and sign up interested owners.
• Loop in a senior team member when a prospect raises objections or wants to negotiate.
• Log every call, email, and outcome in GoHighLevel (FT's CRM).
• Follow up on leads who don't answer or need a second and third touch.
• Hit weekly calling and sign-up targets.
