Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail environments.
• Supervisory exposure or leadership in a store setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Physically able to stand/walk and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision in the absence of store management.
• Lead sales team to meet store goals and deliver a memorable customer experience.
• Train staff on product knowledge and new processes.
• Maintain and restock displays according to management directions.
• Assist with Crown Rewards enrollment and sales floor coverage.
