Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or higher.
• Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and managerial support in the absence of store management.
• Assist management in developing and training staff on new products and processes.
• Be the primary resource of knowledge on the sales floor and answer customer questions.
• Infuse CARE program into store culture to drive sales and customer connections.
