Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or higher.
• Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, push/pull, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve goals and deliver a memorable shopping experience.
• Provide supervision in the absence of the store manager and assistant store manager.
• Train staff on product knowledge and sales processes.
• Maintain displays and restock as directed by store management.
• Support management with daily operations and customer care.
